1. Acceptance and eligibility
Using CashLink means you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the prohibited-content policy. You must be at least 18 and able to contract.
2. Account responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and take responsibility for account activity. Do not sell, rent, or share accounts.
3. Services, posts and short URLs
CashLink provides short URLs, text posts, uploads, reminders, analytics, and other tools; content and target URLs must be lawful and safe.
4. LinkCredit, LinkCash and earnings
Only activity that passes viewability, attribution, and anti-fraud checks earns rewards. The platform may fund extra LinkCredit for an eligible direct referrer at the then-published rate; this does not reduce the referred member’s earnings, is not paid for registration or joining, has no second level, rank, or team-volume reward, and the rate may change.
5. User content and blockchain
You retain rights to lawful content and grant the non-exclusive license needed to provide, store, transmit, display, scan, and moderate it.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not engage in illegal activity, infringement, fraud, malware, reward manipulation, disruption, or security bypasses.
7. Suspension, moderation, appeals, export and termination
For safety or abuse we may quarantine and review; eligible verified owners may appeal within the stated period.
8. Intellectual property and reports
CashLink branding, interface, and software are protected; copyright or abuse notices can be filed through the report portal.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as-is and is not guaranteed uninterrupted or safe for every link, except for liability that law cannot exclude.
10. Governing law, changes and contact
Unless mandatory law says otherwise, Taiwan law applies and material changes will be announced before they take effect. Contact: [email protected].
11. LinkCash Distribution and Community Participation Terms
LinkCredit records activity points under the applicable program rules. An amount eligible for a LinkCash distribution request is a conditional promotional eligibility record: it only permits a member to ask CashLink to send LinkCash to a specified address under the then-current rules. Eligible and in-process request amounts are not on-chain LinkCash, deposits, stored value, payment accounts, or virtual assets held in custody for a member; they cannot be transferred or traded within CashLink or converted into BCH, fiat, or a fixed value. A request does not guarantee distribution and may be declined for fraud, duplicate acquisition, account violations, security risk, legal requirements, or suspension of the technical or token service. If a request is not approved, its in-process amount is restored under the current ledger rules. The address controller obtains control of on-chain tokens only after the on-chain transaction completes.
LinkCash is described as a utility and community-participation token, but community proposals, voting, holding snapshots, and wallet-signature verification are not currently available. Holding LinkCash today creates no exercisable proposal, voting, corporate-governance, or asset-decision right. After formal rules launch, verified on-chain LinkCash holders may submit proposals and vote only on four categories: platform-screened priorities for non-financial features, community activity themes, non-financial interface or service suggestions, and public-interest or ecosystem cooperation directions. CashLink first reviews scope, legal compliance, and security. A qualifying result is adopted in principle; if law, security, privacy, technical, or resource constraints prevent implementation, CashLink will publish the reason and an alternative or next step.
Community participation cannot decide token price, listing, liquidity, buybacks, burns, supply, or allocation; revenue, sharing, fees, refunds, payment products, or other financial terms; platform wallets, reserves, customer assets, budget spending, or transaction signing; company equity, directors, personnel, or corporate governance; KYC/AML, compliance, security, privacy, content enforcement, or individual account cases; or anything that could make CashLink unlawful or weaken security controls. Participation in a future system will require acceptance of the formal rules then in effect.
12. Guest faucet and on-chain risk
Before claiming as a guest, you must accept the guest terms, confirm that you control the recipient address, and understand that a CashToken transfer cannot be reversed. CashLink may reject a claim under tier availability, cooldown, rate, security, or abuse-prevention rules. You are responsible for the address, wallet compatibility, and on-chain risk.
13. Paid custom short URLs with BCH
The order price is fixed when the order is created, and payment does not reserve a code. The payment window is one hour. Pure BCH first observed during hours one through three creates refund rights only; payments first observed after address release receive no credit or refund, and a reused address belongs to the current order. Zero-confirmation credits can be revoked after a double-spend or reorg, disabling a redeemed URL while its code remains occupied. Refunds require a payer-supplied mainnet BCH address and deduct the actual miner fee; token, dust, high-value, or ambiguous cases require manual review. All URLs remain subject to safety and content rules.
14. Guest space and recovery
Creating guest content or tool state creates a shared guest space. A recovery code can link multiple devices to that space. Issuing again invalidates the prior code, a security refresh revokes all old devices, and moving data after sign-in requires explicit confirmation.
15. Add-on storage, paid traffic, and IPFS
Add-on storage and paid traffic are independent, non-interchangeable balances that do not expire. Paid traffic only supplements daily image-upload bytes; it does not raise item, file, hourly, abuse, or site safety limits and cannot be used for general files. Successful uploads are not refunded after deletion or expiry; only terminal validation, storage, scanning, or processing failure releases the reservation.
Permanent CashLink storage and IPFS pins for images, proofs, and files use a member’s non-rollover monthly free storage before add-on storage; guests have no free storage. Each original asset is allocated once at actual bytes. Deletion, unpinning, provider failure, or content enforcement does not return an allocation; payment reversal may create same-pool debt without revoking it.
Legacy per-image IPFS and per-file Proof products create no new quotes or orders. Existing product codes, orders, ledgers, fulfillment, reversals, and refunds finish under their original price snapshots. Other nodes, gateway caches, or third parties may retain an IPFS CID.
16. Public Image Space API
The Image Space API uses anonymous tokens, provides no free storage, and charges source-file bytes to add-on storage. quota_balance_bytes means storage only; the API does not offer paid traffic. Images have no time-based expiry but remain subject to deletion, malware, policy enforcement, and legal erasure. Terms version 2026-08-08 applies.
17. BCH on-chain proof credits
BCH on-chain proof is available to guests and members; photo proofs, text pastes, and alive check-ins share one weekly and paid-credit account. The service fee and member/VIP free weekly credits use the settings in force when the transaction or order is created and Taipei calendar weeks; super administrators are unlimited. Safely reusing an identical transaction consumes no credit. Purchased credits never expire, are non-transferable, and are used after weekly free credits.
A sufficient zero-confirmation payment immediately credits units and attempts fulfillment; a broadcast transaction cannot be withdrawn. Credited units are not voluntarily refundable, except through existing overpayment, late, underpayment, or fulfillment-failure flows. A payment reversal first revokes unused units and turns any shortfall into debt; free and paid proofs are blocked until repayment, and later purchases repay debt first.
